Save the date: Mental Health Awareness Conference on March 20

Last year, GHHS hosted its first annual Mental Illness Awareness conference in response to some of the startling statistics on rates of depression, anxiety, and other mental illnesses amongst medical trainees. The conference was designed to create a safe space for medical students and faculty to share personal stories and reflect on these issues, and was well-received by attendees.
This year, we've changed the name of the event to the Mental Health Awareness Conference to better reflect the broad continuum of mental wellness, illness, and everything in between. However, our intent is the same: to bring together our community to talk about this hugely important issue. Get this on your calendar now:

Dinner will be provided
This year, we also hope to display student artwork at the conference.
If you would like to submit artwork (visual, written, or musical), please do so here by February 20th.
If you would like to be considered as a student speaker, please submit your story here by February 20th.
