GHHS Service Committee and ISTOP (Interprofessional Street Outreach Program) organized a donation drive for the medical school's spring Intersession week. Taking advantage of the many hotel stays the fourth year class has accumulated over residency interview season, GHHS and ISTOP collected 8 full bins of travel sized toiletries, unopened hygiene items, and gently used hats, gloves, mittens, and socks. ISTOP will distribute the items collected over the next few months to community members experiencing homelessness.
